Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlaidInvoices (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Tesla access

The Service connects to your Tesla account using OAuth to retrieve Supercharger invoices. You authorize us to access the data required to provide the Service. Tesla is an independent third party and is not affiliated with PlaidInvoices.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store full payment card details.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Access data that does not belong to you.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant PlaidInvoices a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by PlaidInvoices and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services (including Tesla and LemonSqueezy). We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or changes to their policies.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaidInvoices will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PlaidInvoices harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and indicate the effective date above.
