02Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

03Tesla access

The Service connects to your Tesla account using OAuth to retrieve Supercharger invoices. You authorize us to access the data required to provide the Service. Tesla is an independent third party and is not affiliated with PlaidInvoices.

04Subscriptions and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. Paddle.com Market Limited is a company registered in the United Kingdom, and its checkout is governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically unless canceled. Prices are shown at checkout and include or exclude taxes as required in your country; Paddle calculates and collects applicable VAT or sales tax.
• Payments for new purchases are processed by Paddle. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions originally purchased through Lemon Squeezy were sold by Lemon Squeezy, which remains the Merchant of Record and continues to bill those subscriptions until they end.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on new purchases. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Access data that does not belong to you.

06Your data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant PlaidInvoices a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

07Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by PlaidInvoices and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

08Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services (including Tesla, Paddle for payments and, for subscriptions originally purchased through it, Lemon Squeezy). We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or changes to their policies.

09Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaidInvoices will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PlaidInvoices harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and indicate the effective date above.
