Why pay when I can download invoices from Tesla?
You can download invoices for free in the Tesla app, including bulk downloads. PlaidInvoices is for the work that comes back every month: collecting available invoices, delivering them on your schedule, and sending copies to your accountant. Pro also includes PDF and ZIP downloads, CSV exports, and an overview of your linked accounts.
Will I get original invoices and older charging history?
Yes, the PDFs are the original invoices provided by Tesla, not replacements we create. We show the history and invoices available through your Tesla account. Availability depends on Tesla; we cannot recover documents Tesla no longer provides. This service is for Supercharger invoices, not home-charging electricity bills.
When are invoices emailed, and who can receive them?
Choose a monthly delivery or enable delivery of newly available invoices. With instant delivery enabled, we check every 30 minutes; invoices can only be sent after Tesla makes them available. Add up to five authorized recipients alongside your own address. Each receives a separate copy and can opt out independently.
What can I try for free?
You can create an account, connect Tesla, and preview your available charging history without a payment card. Downloads, CSV exports, email sending, and automatic delivery require Pro. The free preview is not a paid trial and does not start a subscription.
Do you get my Tesla password or control my car?
No. You sign in and approve the connection on Tesla's own website. PlaidInvoices uses Tesla's official authorization flow for access needed by the invoice service. We do not offer remote driving, unlocking, or vehicle controls. You can review our connection details and disconnect at any time.
Can I connect more than one Tesla account?
Yes. Pro supports up to three Tesla accounts. View all connected accounts together or filter by one account before downloading invoices or exporting CSV records.
What format are the invoices in?
The invoice PDFs are the original documents provided by Tesla. ZIP downloads group the available PDFs for a month, and CSV exports provide a separate overview. Check with your employer or accountant which documents they need.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Cancel renewal anytime. Pro stays active until your paid period ends.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
Yes. Choose the monthly plan at €2.99/month or the yearly plan at €24/year (about 33% cheaper). Both include every feature, and you can switch plans or cancel anytime.
