The best time to prevent a missing road-trip invoice is before the first charge abroad.

1. Confirm the owner account and vehicle. Make sure the Tesla app is signed in to the account that will be billed and that the correct vehicle appears.

Tesla’s official Fleet API publishes a paginated charging history endpoint and a separate invoice-PDF endpoint.
